This is by no means a forum representative - the WWE Forum doesn't need 'representatives', and if it does it already has two in myself and AfroJoe.
Grandprix is getting votes outside the WWE Forum too - mikelar, J Nash and pb all being examples.
In my eyes he deserves it because he makes te best contributions to the forum to me personally - not The Sagacious One, not Black Glove, but Grandprix.
The reason most of the votes are coming from WWE Forumers is because he is most prominent there - therefore people in the WWE Forum will want to vote him in. It's nothing as childish or immature as a 'forum representative.'

Yes, but Microchips evenly posted almost everywhere, eg, he posted many, many stories etc.

Hang on a minute, Grandprix does deserve notable status, just I didn't think he deserved it the most this time around. Hence on my shortlist he only made number 3. So what if DW campaigned in other forums?
