Hi does any one know when this site gets updated causew i wnna know if i won(i should be so lucky) but i am new here and i was wondering if anyone would offer any advice on winning,i have posted some good reviews but im having trouble thinking of topics.

Humm.
I think your best chance is with reviews. Make sure your reviews make the point, without going into lengthy detail. So short and sweet.
Another thing they look for, I think, is some sort of quote they can take out of it and use as a tag line.
If you need an example, check out the main page by clicking on All Games on the blue bar on the left, and look for the gameaday quote that should appear in the middle of the page.
If you've run out of games to review, then the Future Of Gaming forum is your second bet. You are in the Future Of Gaming forum now, by the way.
Instead of starting topics, which a lot of newbies try, it would be an excellent idea to read existing topics, and try and make constructive comments to the article.
If that fails, you could just do what the rest of us do and nag the staff to death... :D

The gameaday winner is choosen the day after, so the winner for the 10th, will be choosen on the 11th.
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays winners are all choosen on Monday, for ease of the staff, so they can have the weekend off.
