You need to write it like so (bare in mind that i have added spaces between [ and LINK to display on here, remove the spaces when typing for real)

So yours would be:

[ LINK=http://fasttrackcoaches.co.uk ] www.fasttrackcoaches.co.uk[ /LINK ]

(without the spaces obviously)
