So I failed a couple of modules this last semeter. Well, not exactly failed, but one I haven't handed in the last piece of coursework and the other they seem to have lost - but I have copies, so that's OK as long as it's not capped. My dilemma is that I need to hand all this work in by the 5th September and there's no-one at the Uni to answer my phone calls and Emails (there have been lots) that I have made over the last few weeks. It's annoying because I haven't got a clue what to do to make up the work. It's partly my fault for failing in the first place, but they're not helping things by not being there to help! Grrr.

I've never heard of Bah University, but if it's stupid I'll make a mental note not to apply.

Burn the place down, it's the only way to make sure.

Nah, I've tried everything. We had log books with lab work and that's what was handed in. If that fails or gets lost then there's no way or repeating the experiments. It's a bit of a b*stard situation to be in, but it should work out fine. Just had to vent some of my frustration.

Any friends from the course who'd know what the work is? (If it's the same stuff as term time).
If not I'm out of suggestions, I'm afraid.

And yes, I have got a receipt for the one I handed in.

The problem is thatI need to contact them to find out what the work is! I can get there easily enough, but that's no good when the lecturers aren't there.

Did you get a receipt for the one you handed in? If so I'd assume the heat would be off for that one.

As for the other.. is going down there a possibility? If not maybe post them a copy of the work, recorded delivery, so that it'll have the date on the postmark, proving when you sent it.

That way if you can't get in touch in time at least you'll be able to prove the stuff was 'handed in'.
