FWIW - all seems to be working normally for me.
My emails to Orange are working (yesterday PM and this AM) - the BT Status page also shows all clear...

No problems that we were aware of, I've learnt that generally if there is a long delay in messages being delivered, it is generally down to the recipients e-mail servers.
I've also learnt (mainly from speaking to other customers) that when sending a message to an external (non-Freeola) hosted e-mail address for the first time, there seems to be a delay (few hours), but all messages sent after this first message come through rather quickly.
I'm not sure if this is some form of grey listing...
But Digi,
I think if you sent an e-mail to the BT address again, it would be delivered nearly instantly, the Orange account will probably be the same after they have received the first message.
But don't hold me to this !
The server responded with an error. Account: 'mail.freeola.net', Server: 'mail.freeola.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Cannot connect to POP server 81.31.99.8 (81.31.99.8:110), connect error 10061', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90
Edit : Just seen there is problem and Freeola are working on it.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this downtime.
