It can be hard to tell, when I used to work at Woolworths it was sometimes near impossible to tell girls'womens ages for the age certificates on films/games - one time I'dve sworn blind this girl was about 12-14, as I refused to sell her and an 18 film, only to have her produce a driving licence that proved she was in fact 20...
