Mega budget titles loom on horizon for Microsoft's console
14:54 Phoenix Games has revealed plans to launch a new budget range of games for Xbox in the UK. The range will consist of 30 titles for Microsoft's console, each game selling for the ridiculously low sum of £9.99.
Phoenix Games has secured the talent of a UK-based development studio - which currently remains nameless - to work on its budget range, two announced so far being Drug Wars and Crime Control.
We expect to find out more about Phoenix Games' Xbox budget line-up at UK trade show ECTS next week, where the company will be displaying an initial eight games out of the planned 30 titles."

You do realise they'll be probably crap. But its worth having a look I suppose.
> Or the original Red Faction, which was FAR superior to the original.
Aye - I was suprised at the shitisity (soon to be a word in the dictionary I believe) of Red Faction 2 on GameCube. Red Faction 1, dare I say it, was a hell of a lot better on the Playstation 2!
> Probably.
Probably.
Games like Monkey Ball are built around their multi modes. Read the back of the box to see.....
Its like the PC games. You go into shops and there are infact more of these completely obscure shi*e games than there are big releases. You never know, but most likely they will suck.
