I do, and I don't find it difficult to believe; Uganda didn't have much in the way of exploitable resources. Or at least, not enough to make it worth anyones while to intervene.

Then whoever is in charge of the hearse is the ultimate cause.

what if a dead body in a coffin falls out of a hearse, and the body flies out and smashes through the windscreen of the car behind, causing the driver to panic, lose control of the vehicle and veer into traffic coming the opposite way, causing a high-speed crash, killing both drivers and their passengers, and causing a traffic jam, which then causes the unsuccessful birth of a baby in a car, with the pregnant woman inside, who was on the way to the hospital because all the ambluances were out on jobs?

BTW, that Channel 5 Blackhawk Down Somalia documentaty sucked massively, a defeat for America ? Was it hell......heck the film was more factual than that was. Blackhawk Down by Mark Bowden remains the most true account of the event, alongside In The Company Of Heroes by Michael Durant - one of the downed copter pilots.

We could've taken Idi without a full scale assault, just 'neutralise' him with a well placed bullet or car bomb....

There was a lot more to that than what you saw on Black Hawk Down.

Bush would have intervened. Maybe.
