Anyway, I heard the two songs that were constantly played on the radio and thought they sounded fun. Listened to the album and was disappointed that the rest of the songs were a bit mediocre, but certainly not bad in comparison to many of the other bands/singers out there. Perhaps you prefer Gareth Gates though? ;-)

I find it funny that Snuggly's having a go at The Darkness.
The Darkness are a laugh. Music is getting too boring these days. They put some of the fun back.

I don't mind The Darkness.
Obviously they're not going to be in it for the long haul, and it does sound like something from years ago, but at least it's a little bit different to all of the pop nonsence that still hasn't gone away, and it's a damn sight more fun than Coldplay, Radiohead or Starsailor.
That said I've only heard a couple of their songs.

Funnily enough I always said that song was about some kind of disease. "Growing on me/can't get you off my hair".
I liked their first song. Their second song was alright, and was actually growing on me until the overplaying that MTV seems to have cornered the market in ruined it.
