Anyway, I heard the two songs that were constantly played on the radio and thought they sounded fun. Listened to the album and was disappointed that the rest of the songs were a bit mediocre, but certainly not bad in comparison to many of the other bands/singers out there. Perhaps you prefer Gareth Gates though? ;-)

It is beyond genius...just in the wrong direction.
Obviously they're not going to be in it for the long haul, and it does sound like something from years ago, but at least it's a little bit different to all of the pop nonsence that still hasn't gone away, and it's a damn sight more fun than Coldplay, Radiohead or Starsailor.
That said I've only heard a couple of their songs.
Mind you, they did a cracking interview on Look East. Or Anglia News.

I liked their first song. Their second song was alright, and was actually growing on me until the overplaying that MTV seems to have cornered the market in ruined it.
