The result is that people get a nice warning in the form of signs that tell them when to slow down to avoid the cameras. Sure, it slows them down, but only for the small amount of road the cameras are on. And to top it off they've changed a lot of cameras to bright colours so they're more visible. Either have the cameras with no signs to catch them out, or the signs and no cameras to save time and money.
