Just a few questions for those with this mp3 player.
-What is the maximum you can upgrade the memory to?
-Does it come with a charger?
-Does adding extra memory split up the music, ie do you have to switch cards to hear the rest?
-Honestly, what is the battery life like?
-What are the headphones like?
-How many average sized songs (3.5 mb) would you get on different sized cards?
-What is the software like?
-Is there a shuffle? and what does it do?

As you can see i am new to the world of MP3 players, and have little cash to spend on one, would you recommend another MP3 player or even a cdplayer, (given that i have loads of MP3 files and no cd-rw) Any other comments are welcome! Thanks

I'd say the small MP3 players aren't really worth it, unless you are desperate. Save up and go for a bigger one like an Ipod or Zen.

They are sweet.

Another question, on all the models, 32mb, 64mb and 128mb, what is the maximum amount of external media that can be added?

Yeah i found the 128mb AV plus on there, it comes to about £55 including P&P, a whole £15 cheaper than here on sr. So are mp3 players worth it, or would you recommend a cd player, given my predicament. (see original post) Theres not much info on ebuyer, so i'll take whatever i can get on here.

there's some very cheap MP3 players on www.ebuyer.co.uk and their descriptions should tell you all you need to know.

I have also seen larger versions, with 64mb and 128mb non removable memory, I think elrobin has one. So how do these differ?

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
