I can remember when a girl at school didn't know the first thing about how to use a computer. She "accidentally" selected some text in a word document. You know when you select text, it gets a black background and the text goes white, yeah? Well, she did that, panicked, called me over to fix it and for a laugh, I said, "Nope. Sorry. Can't fix it. It's baggered!"
