(TIMMARGH i know you wont be on yet but it will be something for you to read when you do come on)

Well i was looking at that site again, i see you like to watch the "Shawshank Redemption". Ive not ever seen that film my mum got it last week so i guess when i go and stay at hers in a few weeks i will take the time out to watch it. Its sounds like it is a good film.

As for you holidays you have been to a few different places havent you. Id love to go to America, it seems such a great place to go, maybe one day i will get there. Ive only benn to a crappy little place in spain. I went there once with my family in 1998, and never went back since. My parents and youngest siter have been bak since then. They go there about 2 - 3 times a year. They are going again in about 20 days time.

when i go, i will not have acsess to the internet, they dont have it at there house. I am staying at me mams basically house sitting and looking after there dog.

I just hope the baby stays put before they get back as i want my mum to be with me too. They are back 14 days before my due date just hope he dont decide to make an early arrival. So when i dissapear for a while it dont mean im having the baby. I will try however get back once in a while to check whats going on here.

You say you have a tattoo, ive wanted a tattoo for years now but i never know what to have. I love dolphins and thought about having on then i see loads of different other tattoos and always just end up sitting there looking at other tattoos. Ill get round to it one day...by the time i decide i will probably too old for one.

well hope you are on soon, later or whenever..cya

Eek!

*blushes*

I've done a lot? I guess so. When I was diagnosed with MD the specialist sat me down and basically said that it would gradually get harder for me to get about and do the things I took for granted at the time so I decided to do as much as possible while I still could. Obviously, money was a limiting factor but I'm pretty happy with my life so far. I haven't been on holiday since 1998 but I don't feel the need to any more - I may do in a few years, though.

My girlfriend doesn't like going away and is really quite shy so she never wants to come with me to my mates houses, so for the last 3 or 4 years I haven't gone out as much as I used to. I do pop over to see the odd friend now and again but not half as much as I'd like to - that's one of the argument me and the girlfriend have regularly!

your not rambling.
I think becuse me and my sisters are close in age we were always competing with each other. One of my sisters that i really never get on with is anouska, i seemed to really hate her so much because she thought the world of herself.
I sometimes wished something bad would happen to her. Couldnt understand why i could think like that though. but i did. Then one day she had some sort of fit and it scared the hell oout of me and i thought something bad was going to happen to her.
luckily she was ok. but theres times now we still dont get on but we get on a bit better then what we did.
As for your brothers, its great they stuck by you when you were diagnosed with muscular dystrophy.
i am looking at that website you have done, having a little read about your life. youve done alot really havent you.

I remember you saying that on another thread - it's a shame and I wish there was something I could say to make you feel better ...

Me and my brothers have always got on fairly well but in the last 5 years or so we seem to have grown even closer than we were - I think it's down to the things we've all been through, i.e. them two getting divorced, Neill's kids growing up, Russell having his first child and all that. I tried really hard to be there for them both during the good and bad times and I'm so happy to say it paid off. They were both there for me when I was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy and all adjustments that we had to make during the years that followed so it was the least I could do.

Sorry - I'm rambling ...

I have two brothers: Neill who is 34 with two children and Russell who is 37 and has one child. Both of them are divorced.

I saw your ':(' when you said 'no brothers' - I feel the same about having no sisters!

My girlfriend has got four sisters and a brother ... and she's the youngest at 35.

Being taken for granted is bad. I know it's none of my business but can't you say something to him about it? Tell me to sod off and stop poking my nose in if you want!

Changing the subject ... we were talking about families before - have you got any brothers or sisters?

Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
