Happy Hadcore ruleS!!!!

Anyone agree?

hardcore - had its hey day, some of the great tunes still bring a quiver to my lip but for the most part it is cheesy and annoying.

I have to say that dance wise I am primarily a drum and bass fanatic, and secondly a house/trance fan. both are great, but D&B just has that 'zing'.

Techno used to be good, now it has lost its way.

garage is for the most part terrible.

and that's all I have to say about that.

Strange thing is, a lot of the new dance songs today are just different versions of old straight happy hardcore tunes.

True.

I don't really listen to it myself unless my hardcore music loving friend is playing it. I find listening to CD's of that stuff boring, it's a lot better when you're in a club methinks.

I'll always prefer real punk though.

I like hardcore. Hardcore in the punk sense. A little different from what you're talking about...

If you would put them into this genre, following a reccomendation from a friend, I listened to some Hed Pe. It isn't that good.

Anyways Happy Hardcore is ok really. Should listen to stuff like Bonkers 9 and X, good stuff
