Is there software available that will tell me if my CPU is overheating?

I hope so, because I don't trust this weather!

And the tubes feel really cool while in operation, even in the summer heat.

You could put Blue illuminous dye in the water and that would look really cool, I always used to buy my water cooling gear second hand and never as a whole kit, you can get the tubing from B&Q and you don't need top end water blocks if you are not into overclocking really.

If you're looking for a top water cooling system (1/2 inch tubing instead of the nastier 10/12 ones) then the total price will be well over £200 by the time GPU and chipset waterblocks are bought. I bought the DangerDen kit (all with top quality components) fur just under £200 - another £35 for the GPU block, and £25 for the Chipset.

Im not too bothered about the fans noise on mine because it doesnt make too much.
Water cooling is allright but i have 3 LED blue light fans and a light that light up my computer, if i put water cooling in to minimize the sound then i would have to take out the LED fans, making my computer less blue.
Still water cooling is pretty sweet.

If you are willing to pay out the £200 you get water cool your whole system including CPU, Northbridge, GPU and even hdd's it is a lot quieter than air cooling and it keeps the temps nice and low under load.

How many have you got?
I have three Blue LED light ones and a normal black one, one on the motherbard, one on the graphics card and 2 on the power pack.

i have about 8-9 fans in mine.

I think you'll find my aircooling rivals quite a lot of watercooled setups.

Watercooling as a cooling method has a very small market these days. For the hassle it causes and the trouble it costs, if you're going to cool a system for that kind of money you may as way to all out to the phase change arena.

Watercool your system. It lowers your CPU temp by at least 5 degrees, which is the difference between a stable and unstable PC if your CPU is at the borderline temp. I'm not kidding.
