skydiving would be good. but what would be even better would be skyboarding. i just love watching it on eurosport and it would be great if i could do it myself. (although i wouldnt be able to control the board, but still)

Angel falls = big waterfalls in Africa/South America (I forget which).
LARPing renewal = Big mental gathering of Live Action Role Players (like the re-enactment lot but actually insane). Huge armies of people running at each other and hitting each other with latex swords. Violent chaos, with marshals. People always get injured.
