Cheers, but there's no need to. I live with my girlfriend and our dog, I work for myself and earn plenty and I have enough family and friends to ensure an active social life. There are people a lot worse off.

I take it you are disabled. I think it's pathetic that some people can only resort to insulting or violence.
I have been called some of these names and others by people I didn't know, presumably as some kind of insult, but I felt so sorry for them feeling they could only resort to name calling that it didn't bother me.
I get called 'spastic' and 'cripple' regularly, usually when my mates are drunk or otherwise incapacitated. A group of us went to see Alien Resurrection at the cinema and when the lights went up at the end one mate said to another "Can you fetch Griff's wheelchair?" to which he answered "Nah - let's ditch the cripple!" Of course, I laughed but the looks he got from people walking past ...
