Noticing recently that the amount of walkthroughs submitted is next to zero (its actually zero)
For all you game people on here, don't forget that walkthrough submissions do count towards GAD nominations. And as the general amount of effort/work in a walkthrough outweighs a review you can see the possibilities of improving your chances at winning :D
Note: However please realise that we check these things before they are finally put in the database. You would not believe some of the walkthroughs that have been rejected :)

A sudden influx of walkthroughs and cheats has moderately excited me today. Seems some of the efforts may be paying off.

Can only assume that competition rules applied there GP. It is after all a competition, and just because a walkthrough is generally more work does not mean it will top any review/post automatically.
And Chris, it only has to be something that is helpful and can be classed as a walkthrough. However submitting a 1 level guide is not really going to win many awards :D
Myself I love walkthroughs, and anyone familiar with certain FAQS/Walkthroughs sites (hint hint) will know that a "walkthrough" can also be and "Item Hunting Guide" or "Sub-Quests Guide".
Loads of ideas and there really is room for some real competition on te walkthrough side of our site.

I entered a walkthrough ages ago and didn't win. I put a lot of work into that too. Not that I'm bitter or anything. :D
True, i might begin work on a couple of walkthroughs. Do they have to be full games? or can they be a certain level or mission or something?
