Pretty much, but at the same time I got to the point when there really was no point in going out unless there was something to smoke or drop. I was finding it hard to keep down a job etc etc
It was excellent at first but after a few years of getting 'mashed' all the time, it just had to stop. It was costing a small fortune and my family was just about ready to kick me out on the street. But then, I did kinda get out of hand.
Though you're right about having sod all to do, I depended so much on 'substances' that I kinda run out of ideas of things to do that don't involved getting mashed. Luckily I got myself a girlfriend and I haven't looked back since, I have a spliff every now and then, but certainly not in the sort of quantity's that I used to smoke the stuff.
