1. Who do you support
2. Why do you support them?
Thanks.
Why? Because I grew up in Germany, where there was no coverage of German football on the only english speaking TV channel, SSVC. I didn't want to support VFL Osnabrück, the local team, as I could never get to any of the games, couldn't speak german, and didn;t have a clue who any of the players were anyway.
So I chose a team from the English first division, as it was then known. Manchester United. That they have gone on to become the best team in england and one of the finest teams in the world isn;t my fault. Call me a glory supporter if you like, but location means very little, unless the Cornish are going to start making pasties 90% of their diet again.
Because I was born in Norwich. Almost made it to the premership in 2002 but its downhill from here. We got a bunch of academy youngsters that should put us back on track. We got Ryan Jarvis! Our own little Wayne Rooney. And Robert Green.. top class keeper. And Drury is a very good defender.

So, so true.
2 - Someone has got to :)
2. Used to live in Arsenal's old turf so I've always been a fan. Then I moved and ended up in a Spurs area which makes me the odd one out. Still, the look on there faces when Arsenal won the double in 2002 was classic, or when we beat them 3-o at highbury, they nearly cried. How I love it.

Because of what Munson said - support your local team you bunch of glory hunters! ;-)
2. I was born and raised in Plaistow, which is about a mile from Upton Park.
I just believe you support your local team no matter what,I know people who say they follow Man.U or Liverpool, and have never lived anywhere near the city.
Fair weather support or glory chasing are not what it's all about.
2. my dad used to live in fulham when he was a boy and supported them all his life. We have noiw moved just outside of fulham and i am following on as the second generation of pringle fulham fans!
Anyway, I support Wycombe. I know Dannie Bulman, I've followed him since he was 15 and I was like, 8. He moved from my local side Ashford and went to Wycombe. So, I went with him. I like the team more and more now, and since Nationwide football is far more entertaining then Premiership football, and I needed a team, Wycombe were the ones who I went with.
