Try the following:

Make clockwise circles with your right foot on the floor
Now draw the letter 6 in the air with your right hand

Which way is your foot going now?

Keep doing it for about 2 hours.

all that happens is I wobble horribly.

How many times shuld I do it?

an should I do it standing up?

I can't make clockwise circles with my right foot =(

You are horribly incorrect.
Drawing a six from the top down makes you go anticlockwise.
Drawing it from the middle makes you go clockwise, and so doesn't change the direction of your foot.

I done it the same way, still messed up.
