Yep you heard me, the Whitestripes will never read again. Ho ho.

Seriously they've pulled out of the Carling Festivals because Jacks hand hasn't healed properly. Well this is a loss to me and I'm sure other people too as they were one of the main bands I wanted to go see but it does pose the question of who will replace them as they were a main headliner for the Saturday, my wishes are for either Feeder or Muse and that's not too unrealistic.

Oh and the Lost Prophets have pulled out too.

Thoughts?

Lol, you could try that, don't fancy your chances against the mob though. The funniest shirt I saw was at an Oasis gig and someone had one saying "It only takes one match to burn Kelly Jones down". I was tempted to go shake his hand, but then I couldn't be bothered.

BRMC are actually really good live though, you should give them a chance.

I might wear a t-shirt and write on it "I broke Jacks hand" and see if I get beat up or not. What do you think? :)

Muse won't replace them, as their new album Absolution isn't out for a while. Or something.

Nah, I don't have mine yet. I was wondering that about the dirty Ebay tickets as well, but none of my mates have recieved there's either, so I'm not really panicing about it to be honest.

Should be a good laugh, not too bothered that the White Stripes aren't going to be there, because BRMC are one of the best bands I've seen live.
