Make sure you're alone. Get some grade A quality porn. Close the curtains/doors/windows etc. Whip it out. Massage it until it's erect. Grip it with your hand (I use my left, although I'm right handed - it's a long story) about three quarters of the way up and peel the forskin back and forth carefully. Get faster as you get more aroused. As you're about to shoot, stop. Wait a few seconds, then start again. Repeat until half an hour has passed, then stand back - you may take your eye out.
