My god he said liverpool would win it this year...

Out of about 10 tables posted, 7 of which backed Pompey for the drop.

I think smugness is alreadu hapenning.

Foreman, that could have been Liverpool's last chance at winning the title, they blew it. What with Owen, Gerrard and here's the big blow; Heskey all leaving.

Think again.

Well, even without Rio Ferdinand for the rest of the season (and the rest!), I can still see Man United coming-away with another Premiership Title to their name.

Rio Ferdinand? As good a player as he can be, we do not rely solely on his services for any one-thing. In defence, we have players like Gary Neville, John O'Shea and even Mikael Silvestre who can do a good-job for us.
Although, I don't see how Fergie can go without bringing-in at-least ONE new defender next-month, now Rio'd gone. Simply because, without him, the only `experienced´ defenders we have left are those mentioned above and... Philip Neville! :S


Arsénal? While Thierry Henry and a few others may well be able to take them so-far in a season, it only ever lasts for `so-long´. And they only have to lose `one´ of their "star-players" (ie. Sol Campbell) before we see them starting to slip. And it's not like Wenger will have any money available to add to what's left his "Squad" with the never-ending Ashburton Grove saga!
