Having spent a good hour in a traffic jam yesterday, I was just wondering something.

The traffic jam was in was due to an accident. So, has anyone else noticed how people seem to become more aggressive, driving wise, when the weather conditions worsen?

The jam I was in wasn’t too bad, only an hour, so I just turned the radio up and sang along to all the cheesy pop songs.

Heh, you aint seen nothin! Try workin on a car park. I've lost count of the times I've nearly been ran over. Also, it's bloody annoying and a real laugh at the same time whilst watching people !!!TRYING!!! to drive. Especially women and 75 year old men. So many amusing memories.

An example. They stick speed cameras everywhere. People try to avoid them, thus slamming on their breaks when they see them, whilst the car behind goes up their ass.

People shouldn't be speeding, cameras are there to catch those breaking the law... there's a reason for a speed limit.

Another example. They change the traffic light settings, mainly in Central London, making it look like the congestion charging is working.

Well yeah alright.

Another example. The other day, a police officer parked on a bend with his old speed checker out. Hello, dangerous parking. Hello, it's a small village with a damn small record of accidents. Governments fault, though.

No the police officer who parked his car there is at fault

Off topic sorta thing.

The Government are clearly a car-hating Government. They're the ones ruining our roads; the ones causing more accidents.

Now don't argue back, as this is my thoughts. I'm not saying this is true, just the way I see it. Okay? And although it is off-topic, it is still relevent to the traffic jam stuff.

Yesterday, Nottingham had it's equivalent of "The Day Britain Stopped", 4 smashes in the afternoon - one on a main access route into the city, one in the biggest commuter town for Nottingham, and two in Nottingham. Chaos. And to make it better I was stuck on a bus which eerily was mainly full of old people. Who whinged. A lot. I understand now why some people just flip and go on the rampage....

Could of been worse...
I nearly missed my plane to america when a lorry over turned near the airport and no one could get to it...
I was an hour late but they had delayed the plane for a few hours as no one could get into the airport...
We had to drive to some weird place, catch a train, then a tram thingy then get on the plain, was fun in a panicing sort of way...

At least you wernt there for a few hours...

Nearly every time i go to London there seems to be loads of traffic on the M11 or M12 or whatever motor way it is...
And yes people's mood seems to go bad when the driving conditions get worse, just the way it is i guess, maybe because the driver is consentrating on driving harder...
Damn cheesy pop songs, you should always keep a few good cd's in the car for situations like this...

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
