It slightly resembles it, as it is orange but not the same orange, it has a complete different layout and the only thing the same is curved boxes that have white in them.

And secondly, mine is made all from html, without using any of your images. Yours has been done in all jpegs. It's nothing like it.

Your host disagrees.

And the fact you describe it as "ideal for a gaming site" is just incredibly dumb.
