If you wanna get to sleep. Lie in bed with your eyes open staring at the ceiling. Forcefully. The look at your nose. Like your do when you go cross-eyed. Then back to the ceiling. Etc.
I've tried. But no luck, although it does hurt your eyes and make em weak!
If not. Then don't sleep! That's my advice....
> oh. it's that early already ?
huh?
But for once, when I got home, I actually DID go straight to bed (6:30ish). slept for 3 and a half hours, then woke up, and can't get back to soddin sleep.
So here I am, cursing the fact that tomorrow I'll be knackered again, despite my attempts to rectify the situation.
I've had sleeping pills in the past (nytol), but they make you feel really groggy in the morning, so not doing them.
any tips for putting yourself to sleep? (note - comments about knocking myself unconscious do not count)
*sigh*
