Yeah, you mean Frankie, the big, Mafia-type guy.
He was funny - along with "Little Joey - The Rat" and Harley - the Fonzy-type person.
But Mr."Fee-hee-hee-heeneh" and Eric "Plays-with-Squirrels" kept it alive for me when it started to go downhill, during the latter years of the show.
God, I miss it already! :D
