I don't know...I think that seems like a pretty big leap from 2nd world to third world. Seriously...who came up with the classification? I think it could be done better.

And as for the 1st and 2nd world thing- The first world are the richest, most powerful countries such as Britain, the USA and France. The 2nd world are relatively rich countries that are quite powerful such as Poland and Latvia. The third world are countries that are poor, such as Afghanistan and Sudan. There's no such thing as the fourth world.
