Yeah...I found out on the new SD magazine. That's pretty cool, big up John Cena!
He does write them himself because he is quite a very good freestyler, it's not just a gimmick.

I've no idea! I would guess it's a mix. I wouldn't have thought he'd keep them totally to script.
Cena's raps are usually great. Does he come up with the lyrics himself or does someone write it for him?
I'd say Cenas rappin' to Vince was the best bit on Smackdown this week. Heh. That was funny... :D
