Same as the RAW thread. You all seem to think it's a good idea so I made a smackdown thread. Just discuss what happens on smackdown, week in, week out. Remember NO SPOILERS but if you really have to post one, make sure you give everyone a chance to watch the show.

P.S. Lets keep this different from Your Shout.

Bah. Mordecai wasn't in action. I wanted to see him beat someone else up. I like the way his character is going even though it is a bit of a rip off of Taker. :)

Bah, I missed most of Smackdown this week :( Booker vs. Taker rematch next smackdown though...Booker has guaranteed a victory...I can see it now, Dudley's run in and beat up Taker then Booker goes for the quick cover...hmm.

*Shock, horror* some of the backstage segments were actually good this week on Smackdown!

And the whole angle with Heyman and the Dudleys looks to be working well. Hopefully it will actually lead somewhere with having the Dudleyz kidnap Paul Bearer, but knowing the WWE, they'll book a crappy match between Taker and The Dudleyz and Taker will have already of found Paul by the next Smackdown.

Meh.

It was planned, Eddie had medical clearance but they did the smart thing of selling his blood loss from the PPV. Unfortunatley this means a rematch is likely at The Great American Bash...joy.

Yeah, poor Eddie should of been given the night off. I'm just watching Smackdown now and I still haven't seen Judgement day but Rico and Haas are over with the fans nicely eh?

Ooooh Mordecai was pretty good today. Im liking his character.

I now know it wasn't planned and it was real, but when Eddie started to faint at the end I wasn't sure wheither it was planned or what, but the way the wrestlers reacted and the quick finish was what led me to believe it was real. Glad to hear Eddie's ok anyway.

I think this is a bit of a mistake. Kevin Fertig just doesn't seem ready for enough of a push that would give him the rub of retiring the Undertaker, as it seems his character must do. I hope he isn't as green as some have said, based on his OVW work, and that he can do some good things for a needy SD! brand, but I'm not overly confident, sadly.

Yes he does. WWE are going to start using the gimmicks of old wrestlers that have worked out on new wrestlers. Mordecai is based on the Undertaker.

Anyone see that Mordecai guy in his promo on Smackdown today?

He looks interesting, and he's in action at Judgement day.

Indeed it is.

I just didn't know if we could edit posts that spanned all the way back like yours.
