Same as the RAW thread. You all seem to think it's a good idea so I made a smackdown thread. Just discuss what happens on smackdown, week in, week out. Remember NO SPOILERS but if you really have to post one, make sure you give everyone a chance to watch the show.

OK, just saw the Undertaker bury Paul Bearer again and Paul Bearer's voice scares the crap outta me. It's just so creepy *shudders*

Well his character had potential but WWE once again, were stupid, making him lose to Rey. How the hell is he going to estabilish himself has one of the "stronger" guys if he gets beat by Rey? They wanted to make him fight the Undertaker right? Well how is anyone even going to consider him a challenge for 'Taker if he gets beat by Rey?

Heh, speaking of Mordecai...

"Kevin Fertig (Mordecai) has been sent down to OVW. This was the SMARTEST move that Vince has made in a long time. The character was a joke I know so many of you were drawn to him, but the creative team along with Vince didn’t take the time to really think things out, and Mordecai was made to look like anything but threatening. I guess when he lost last night to Rey Mysterio that should have been the clue that Mordecai was done. I did like the match only because Rey seemed to be doing all of the work, but watching Rey beat Mordie was some what of a shock, that is if you didn’t read the spoilers. I would love to see Kevin return with a new gimmick and ready to show Vince that he deserves to be on Smackdown just not as Moredecai."

Meh, I for one liked Mordecai and from the sounds of this article, it looks like Fertig isn't coming back as Mordecai. Hopefully he will, but it looks doubtful...

I think the Heyman, Taker storyline is a good idea, but because the Taker we see now isn't really like he was back in his day, it just doesn't work or grip me like it should.

Nah...Cena ain't like the Rock. Rock = 100 times better :D

Noticed today how Cena is exactly like the Rock, apart from the obvious difference of Cena being white.

Great mic skills and seems to have the 'get the crap beaten out of you for 90% of the match before coming back to win the match' down very well. Apart from the Undertaker today obviously :-D

AT least they've put the Cruiserweight title back ona cruiserweight, although Rey Mysterio really needs to escape from the cruiserweight division for the sake of his own credibility. Next week Rey is rumoured to be defending the belt against a 'mystery oponent' which will apparently be Chris Candido, Paul heyman has pushed for the former ECW Tag champion to be given a spot as he brings something different to the CW division. Nothing confirmed as yet though, as he is yet to sign a contract and no-showed for a dark match a couple of weeks ago.

On the subject of Mike 'Nova' Bucci, he has been sent back to OVW but made assistant booker. Strange decision before he's even appeared on TV, have the WWE decided to groom him for a creative role instead?

Smackdown is really boring now...I can't even watch a full show without getting distracted. As Jae said, making Mordecai for the world title now is a bad move, he seems very in-experienced. What do you guys think of this whole thing with the Undertaker and Paul Heyman?
