Same as the RAW thread. You all seem to think it's a good idea so I made a smackdown thread. Just discuss what happens on smackdown, week in, week out. Remember NO SPOILERS but if you really have to post one, make sure you give everyone a chance to watch the show.

P.S. Lets keep this different from Your Shout.

Tazz: The D!cks are comin!

Ahahahahahaha!

EDIT: Also thought Big Shows spear was pretty funny. And when Show was walking in through the crowd and he pushed the woman out the way.

It made me laugh how all the Smackdown superstars must have been standing behind the curtain, waiting for the one before to be thrown out of the ring before they start running down the ramp.

Now is it me or would all of them running down at the same time have been more effective!

Looking forward to RAW though because there should be some retalliation!

Also, it is always pretty obvious when Theodore Long is about to get something happen to him, he doesnt have his glasses on. When he got F.U'd by Cena a while back he had no glasses, when Masters was putting the masterlock on he had no glasses on, but everytime he knows he isnt getting attacked he has glasses on! Thats just my little observation.

The thought the main event twist was pretty good actually.

And it twas overall a decent Smackdown, better than RAW anyway.

Vince seems to be really desperate now creating tag teams like them.

Smackdown wasn't bad this week but the main event was as usual a let down. RAW superstars taking turns to come in and get slapped and then fall down like they've been hit by a truck was very unrealistic, even more so than usual. The only one who did take a hard bump was Kendrick when he ran a bit too fast and went through the ropes and hit the announce table hard.

Wanted Benoit to win but unsurprisingly JBL did, it could have been a great match but as usual inteference prevailed and it wasn't a truly clean win. Guerrero getting Kennedy DQ'd was funny but again I wished it would have gone to a clean finish.

The D!cks.

Sounds like a blatant ripoff of Team America to me.

Thats true. I liked Benoit as champ but he did seem to get pushed aside.

It would have been better if had more friends to help him when they tried to screw him out of the title, however Orton did win cleanly at Summerslam and i think if Benoit was going to lose the title it should have been cleanly because i hate it when peope i like get screwed out of the title!

Benoit ruled as champ but he had no help when he had the title. He won the title in a stunning match, defended it in a stunning match at Backlash and that's when it went downhill.

He fought Kane at Bad Blood, not in the main event, as that was taken by HHH in a Hell In A Cell match again. Benoit then got involved in that Eugene thing I think and ended up losing the title all guns blazing against Orton at Summerslam.

Ever since he defended at Backlash, he was almost an anonymous champ while HHH took the main event slot with his Evolution break up with Orton and his HIAC with Michaels I think it was.

I really liked Benoit as Heavyweight champ before, but apparently a lot of people called it one of the worst title runs ever?

I'd give it to Benoit (after a tournament of course) to have a smaller technical wrestler hold the belt to break the line of 270+ lbs wrestlers who have had it for ages.

Or Max Mini, he's got better wrestling skills than most guys on the Smackdown roster anyway :-D

For me, there is no-one on Smackdown in any position to take the belt at the moment, mainly because everyone with any kind of claim has been squashed in Vince's desperate attempt to get 'tista over. They might as well put it on the Boogeyman...
