Sounds like your asking for just one frame, which would be the same as a regular page, would it now?
Unless you use frames, you can't do it. It's to do with the people who hold the domain. Freeola in your case and Freeola don't give you it, I think.

ah, in that case, under your Domain, have this in the index.htm file (and create a page called nothing.htm with basic HTML in):
