How do i make the index page for funrunner contain one frame which will display wehey.com/funrunner ?

ah, in that case, under your Domain, have this in the index.htm file (and create a page called nothing.htm with basic HTML in):
Unless you use frames, you can't do it. It's to do with the people who hold the domain. Freeola in your case and Freeola don't give you it, I think.
Sounds like your asking for just one frame, which would be the same as a regular page, would it now?
