More than 200 guests gathered at a picturesque Berkshire mansion on Saturday as French football hero Thierry Henry tied the knot with his girlfriend of two years, model Nicole Merry, who famously got the athlete's motor running in a car commercial.
The London-born beauty co-stars with Thierry in a Renault Clio advert, receiving a "va-va-voom" from the Arsenal striker after she dons his team shirt and not much else.
And this past weekend, two years after they first met, Thierry, 25, and Nicole, 23, made their vows at Highclere Castle, a Victorian estate owned by the Earl of Carnavon.
The Earl, whose great-grandfather famously discovered the tomb of Tutankhamen in 1922, hosted guests such as Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Diana when he wed in the sprawling 3,000-acre grounds of the castle in 1992.

Sat in the box goal-hanging wasn't, as I recall, how Van Nistelrooy won Sky Sports goal of the season award.
No how many goals they would score in the same situated in the same position with the same level of supply and in the same role. Van nistelrooy can just sit on the penalty spot poking them home all day, with the the supply he gets as lone striker at man utd. Henry is actually expected to do some work and doesn't get the same supply and has to create for himself. Henry would still score loads at a low end premiership club, Van nistelrooy in reality would probably struggle.

Henry is so much better than van nistelrooy it takes the pisss the fact he doesn't look like a horse works in his favour, that gay looking cowboy seen in his boxer shorts however does not...... Two seasons ago Hasselbaink was the best and something has gone a bit wrong! Henry is in the top 5 strikers in the world at the moment, he is creative, pacy, and doesn't need to belt them as he curls them nicely into the sides of the net.
