Yea i've decided to after Xmas i'm going to join the work's gym. Ever since i stopped playing basketball and my friends are too fat and too busy getting drunk to play soccer i've started to get a small belly (which really should be huge the amount of stuff i eat, huzzah for high metabolism and being so tall to have a place to put it all :D) plus it won't hurt to look all fit and in shape and buffed for when i go back over to China :-D
And maybe i can rehab my knees and get them back to somewhat normality again
