"Suggestions needed...."

I'm thinking of getting a driving game this weekend as I really can't wait for PGR 2!

I already have PGR and Sega GT 2002. I've had (and got rid of) Rallisport Challenge, so any other suggestions?

I don't have Live!, so bear that in mind, and I'm looking for a reasonably serious racer, so no Crazy Taxi 3 I'm afraid...

I was thinking of one of the following:

Indycar Series
F1 Career Challenge
Midtown Madness 3
Midnight Club 2

Any thoughts/comments on those would be great, as well as any I may have missed off the list.

erm just noticed about Live..shame you don't have it, can you not get broadband? if not you are seriously missing out, i havent even tried the single player yet, but the multiplayer is good, you could give it a rent first and see what its like?

Get MM3 if your looking for an online game, its sheer fun fun fun! Trust me, i wasn't expecting much but its an excellent game, best Live game in my view!

From that list, I'd say Midnight Club 2 was the best, and Indycar Series doesn't deserved to be touched with a ten foot barge pole.

I turned on that game channel yesterday for the first time in ages and they had a couple of those games on.

Looks OK, put it's no Burnout!

I say get Burnout 2. Excellent fun, especially in 2 player.

Midtown Madness is supposed to be pretty rubbish offline.

Colin Mcrae Rally 3 might be worth taking a look at, played the demo and it seemed pretty good even though I'm not a big racing fan.
