I like Ghost Train and Four Days, but you're right about Mercury, it does suck. Catapult sounds cool on the Storytellers, and High Life is just average.

I like Ghost Train and Four Days, but you're right about Mercury, it does suck. Catapult sounds cool on the Storytellers, and High Life is just average.

True, I love the live version, do you know why? 1) Because they sound exactly the same as they do in the studio but with Duritz voice more melancholy and just better and 2) Because they do improv's that could and should be layed down and recorded as songs in their own right. Ie: Thunder Road.
I prefer the faster ones like Omaha and Rain King.
