I was watching some dodgy Lionel Richie video on VH1 last night and my girlfriend said to me "Do you know why Lionel Richie went solo?", and I replied "Because he had 'commitment problems'". Haw, haw!

Did you know that Lionel Richie came up with The Commodores as a name for his band by opening a dictionary then [with his eyes closed] randomly selecting a word - which of course was "Commodore".
