Was trying to think of cool films that I liked as a kid or hadn't seen in a long time and had forgotten about.
Found a few which are available on DVD or will be soon.

First one I have bought is Small Faces, its about the gang fights of Glasgow and from what I remember it was fairly decent.

So anyone else bought films that they loved as a kid that the rest of us have probably forgotten about?

Don't know that one. I remember 'Flight of the Interdictor' of whatever it was called. That was pretty 80's.

The Explorers.

A great film about three kids who create their own spaceship and discover a friendly alien. It had all the hallmarks of a great 80's kids film.
