After the dust settles after the great console war Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft (and maybe even Sega) will stay standing. What next? ready for the next stage of warfare well how about the greatest treaty ever.
Imagine if one console with Microsofts Specs, Nintendo's Controllers and Sony's friendly attitude towards 3rd party developers were to be released. Could you imagine if Zelda, Final fantasy and Shenmue stood side by side. Joanna Dark shaking hands with Lara croft and Mario and Sonic going down the pub together for a friendly drink rather than a bar room brawl.
If there was one console the public would love it. No arguments with their friends everyone would experience great games from all the companys. The quality of games will be forced up and prices will fall. The console could also be upgraded rather than replaced much like a PC and the profits will be split equaly by the 3 (or 4) companys.
The thought of Playing Syphon filter, Sonic, Mario, Shenmue, Zelda, Grand Turismo, Pokemon, Perfect Dark, Final fantasy and House of the Dead all together without having to dish £100+ for an extra console each time is a thrilling prospect.

Surly an ultimate system is the way forward.
But can the companys get along?
And if they do will they make games together?
And what will it be like? Smash brothers with Sonic and Crash Bandicoot aswell as Ninty characters and future Microsoft characters.
Imagine Mario Kart with the super fast but bad to controll Sonic!
Wouldn't it be great to have a platformer with many differen't Characters or even a shoot em up with Lara and Joanna
We could have Shiguru Miyamto create Shenmue and the creater of Shenmue make Zelda just to see what might happen!
