If so what are they about. What made you get interested in webdesign. and are they successful sites?
Work has slowed down on it recently though due to me learning PHP. Which eventually should make my site better hopefully :)
It's just about some stuff I like. I'm no good at writing and my web design leaves a lot to be desired but it keeps me busy when I've got no work on.
www.tenuouslinks.co.uk is a directory of the web's leading websites from a UK perspective. The idea is that as the sites are rated and the best float to the top. "Don't searc... find"
If anybody here has a decent site and would like a listing please feel free to submit it... i.e. hit the suggest button at the top of the page.
I also did a site for a mate of a mate who rent's student properties in Newcastle. www.kendaglish.com, this has sporned an enquiry from another property agency which I'm currently working on.
Also, just started another site www.custom-tees.co.uk which has no content really, just a questionnaire for my research. Should evolve when I get everything together though...
> www.cazbo.com
Opps! Obviously I ment www.cazbo.CO.UK ... Not that I'm a complete idiot or anything ;)
i got a temp job helping build the site for portsmouth university so i just picked it up as i went along, looking at the page and figuring out what commands did what on the screen... :)
don't have a site of my own yet, well, nothing current anyway, but i'll be getting one soon as soon as the squatters have got off the domain i want :)
There are plenty of things that need to be done on upkeep alone, as well as content/format/design fixes, etc... really the sites need to be taken down, scrapped and redone from scratch!... But I dont have the time these days, and whenever I get the urge, I remember that I really need to learn better PHP, CGI, JavaScript, etc. to help give me design options, which invariably I put me off 'until next weekend'... Anyway, the two most popular;
www.the-quill.com
www.cazbo.com
It's a bit of everything.
