South park the Movie does it for me, also Guest House Paradiso, i laugh everytime i watch them, excellent cure when your down in the dumps.
And Dumb & Dumber, when he has to suddenly goto the toilet after drinking a coffee laced with a laxitive, the noises fom that cracks me up everytime.
Also Blazzing Saddles has to be a classic funny, who says imature fart jokes are not funny?

The funniest film i ever seen was Happy Gilmore.
I am a huge fan of his and if you read the film quotes section you will see why!
The film producers wrote up a great script which always makes me laugth. Adam is just so funny, the way he moves , acts, and talks all come together to form the shape of one of Americas most loved and hated actors.
I think nearlly all of Adams films have been funny and one nearlly come close to Happy gilmore, Little Nicky!!!

All of Kevin Smith's films make me laugh especially Mallrats. Snootchie Bootchies anyone.

Monty Python and the Holy grail is great, I also like

Dumb and Dumber, ToyStory2, Dogma, Clerks, Groundhog Day, Something about Mary...and a few others.

However the Flying Bunny with Teeth in the Holy Grail just does it for me, extremely amusing.
