What are your views on cheating on a girlfriend/boyfriend?

Have you ever cheated on someone?

Do you think it is THAT bad?

The thing is, my girlfriend lives a long way away therefore im 'not gettin none' and I have had - shall we say 'offers' from another girl who is closer to home and who is nice looking.

However my girlfriend is even nicer looking and we are going on holiday together this summer, but I won't see her for maybe a month. There is no way she would find out if I went with someone else but I would probably still feel bad about it.

I know I should just hang on a month until we're together again but, gawd its a long time!

I suppose. If you really love someone you'll never even think of cheating, trust me.

In a way i guess not, its a different thing however if you love the girl you dont see often. If you cant say you love her then break it off else she will get hurt. I think she will appreciate it more then to be cheated on. :(

Exactly @ngle, thats the thing, we will be together this summer and probably break up as we won't be seeing each other for months again. It is a long distance thing and if we are in different area codes it doesnt count, right?

A cheater always gets found out, believe me ive been through it. Never again though. ive now been in a relationship for 4 years and never even thought about cheating!
But then again if i never saw much of my partner, i guess i would be temted to go else where!
