I'm sure I was sat there, watching her save the world for the final-time... But I come on-line here, to a forum filled with so-many "Buffy fans", only to find that not a single thread appears to have been created with this subject in mind!
Has no-one else actually realised, or something??
Or are you all too-buys downloading "stuff" off the net...?
I'm interested to hear what people think, now that we may never see Sarah Michelle Gellar doing something she has done so-well, ever again.
Obviously, you are sad and dissapointed to see it finally end.
But what did you think of the grand-finalé?
Like it? Think it could've been better??
What???
And now that this has gone, what on Earth will you be watching now?
Yes, there are shows like Angel and Alias out there, but they're just not quite the same. And aside from those, and the 'occasional' DECENT-film, there's barely even anything else that's new and worth-watching on TV, these days - not even The Simpsons!!
Personally, I think it ended at the right-time, and not too-soon.
Face it - it couldn't really have survived much longer.
...Buffy, and some of the others, were actually starting to age.
It was a good end to the show, but I think, perhaps, the final episode could've been a little better... It was quite predictable - you could almost TELL who was going to survive, from a few episodes before.
Buffy kills Caleb with her new axe.
Angel gives Buffy amulet to help defeat First, says vamp with soul has to wear it, and he'll do it.
Buffy says no, she needs him in L.A
They have confrontation about Spike.
Buffy tells Angel she could have a future with him, just not yet, and that Spike 'is in her heart'. He leaves.
Spike has seen Buff kiss Angel.
They make up, Buffy gives SPike the amulet, he holds her in bed.
They all cruise to the high school to defeat the First.
Xander/Dawn form team, Giles/Wood, Anya/Andrew.
Buffy takes Potentials, Spike, and Faith into Hellmouth.
Loads of Ubervamps there.
Willow does spell to use power of axe to activate every Slayer. Her hair goes white, not black.
Bufy and Slayers fight Ubervamps, as do the teams upstairs.
Buffy gets stabbed in gut, First taunts her, she tells it to sod off.
Spike's amulet activates, cavern starts collapsing.
Anya gets killed protecting Andrew.
Everyone clears out except Buffy and Spike. Roof collapses, pinning Spike under sunlight. He starts to burn.
Buffy tells Spike she loves him
Spike tells her thanks, but you don't (she loves Angel, it's clear)
Buffy leaves him, he burns up completely.
Sunnydale collapses 'into' Hellmouth, closing it. They escape on bus.
Xander upset over Anya (but who cares?)
Giles says there's another Hellmouth in Cleveland (SPIN OFF SETUP)
Buffy now one of many Slayers, doesn't have to fight anymore.
The End
What a bad ep.

Yup, they were a May pick-up from the WB.

Yeah, he's only signed for one ep next season. Won't spoil the reason why for you - quality last ep of Angel. Charisma Carpenter isn't signed either. James Marsters is.

Gotta agree with you there, I got utterlyu scared every time she "smiled". And I use inverted commas, oh yes.
Genius

Except that Angel may also end after this season.
From what I've read, they only knew at the last minute that they were getting picked up for the current season, and there are no guarantees as to the next.
Personally, I've found this season of Angel to be the most tedious yet. Grateful that it's ending soon, to be honest. If it does come back, I hope it's improved.
They should do away with Connor - whether under the influence of Jasmine or not, he's nothing but an annoying pain in the ass.
And speaking of Jasmine... for someone supposedly so beautiful (yes, I know it's only a spell/mass hallucination, but still), shouldn't they have picked someone... well... beautiful?
Gina Torres, the actress who plays her, doesn't even rank as gook looking in my book, let alone 'beautiful'. Plain and uninteresting, more like.
Giles & Spike have a class exchange in Season 5:
"Not exactly the St Crispins day speech was it?"
"We few, we happy few..."
"...we band of buggered"
Because it was so p.ss poor I thought it was funny. The rest are too serious
HOWEVER
I saw a small bit once
That vampire guy with the blonde hair and the English guy... Jiles I think
Jiles: Oh my I nearly died there
Vampire: Did your whole life flash before you? Cup of tea Cup of tea... almost got shaggged... cup of tea.
Amusing
> I can't stand Angel... Buffy was it's mother... and i never like
> people's children
Even thought I hate kids too, I think Angel is far superior.
