Who's your 'best bad guy'? You know, the one who you would find genuinely worrying, not just some two dimensional cliqué. You can include alien dudes too.

Examples include :

Agent Smith (the matrix)
Kizer Sozay (usual suspects, and I know its probably spelt wrong)
Mister Blonde (Reservoir Dogs)
Hannibal Lecter (SOTL, Hannibal, Red Dragon)
The predator (errr. I forget :D)

You all should watch Time Bandits, no question, the bad guy in that is by far the greatest.

The best bad guy is Johnny 5.

I think the Twins in the matrix are pretty damn god. They get shot and instantly heal, can go through doors, walls, floors etc, are very good at martial arts, have those cool wee knives and obviously the can use guns. If they only got upgraded they'd be as good as agent smith without being upgraded into agent smith.
