I am looking for a decent FREE webhost and having no luck. All of them have really mind numbing restrictions! Do you guys know of any good ones? Preferably without ads. and a fair bit of bandwidth. Thx

But in terms of overall value.

You find another place that charges you £2 for every 20 meg you upload. That's £2 for 20 meg and you never get charged again.

It works out better value than paying £10 a month for 100 meg that you can access from anywhere but it's annoyingly slow.

There are a few free places but you've got limits stopping you.

Yeah, I suppose Freeola aren't free, because you have to dial up to tehir ISP to upload and that costs something like 1p/min doesn't it?

freewebs is the one i always use.

I think you get 50 megs or something and no ads or pop ups.

www.geocities.com/ i use it...has a small ad box in the top right corner and occasional popups...but u can choose the subject of the ads
