Trust me though, it's eerie, unsettling, sometimes funny and one of the most unsual premises for a film.

A public phone rings, he picks it up.
Teen on the other end thinks he's phoned his dad, telling him that nukes are inbound and will hit within the hour.
Bloke has to decide whether it was for real or not.
Very, very good and very different.
I'd say for £10 you cant go wrong

Saw it on video about 8-9 years ago and tried to buy it. But was deleted and even tried Ebay.
Hurrah for excellent cult DVD.
