today i looked on from inside a chemist where my mum works at a boy literally attacking a dog that was tied to the railings outside a shop on a lead. the kid of about 6 or 7, maybe 8 was smaking it around the head, grabbing it's neck, kicking it, and basically beating it up mercilessly, not that a kid could do much damage - but the point is that sometimes i feel sorry for the forgiving quality of dogs. frankly i hope that the dog i saw kicks the crap out of the kid that was doing that nasty stuff to 'im. i hope he bites chunks out of his leg, disables him for life and gives him brain damage, because by doing that to the poor dog is only gonna make him a bully and a nuisance in later life - a hinderence to the people that want to work hard and succeed, and more importantly, a lost cause. i mean, the dog can only take so much abuse, and so can humans, and i just hope he learns that before it's too late....

Were you talking to me? Sorry about your dog.
I have never had that happen as I only had 1 dog who is still here today.
I knew a guy who had a border collie which he had got from a home, it was neurotic of children because it had been litteraly tortured by two kids, who beckoned it over with food and then burned its nose with a lighter. It makes you want to kill someone, like those kids...
I personnaly feel sorry for that dog, mainly becasue I have a dog, who is lieng down next to me, but the fact is that most people who don't have dogs may not even care what happended to the dog.
I personnaly treat dogs with respect, mainly becasue I had a dog who was in my life from the begining, she was 18 years old (human years), and the day that we put her down, was the worst day in my life. I remember crying that night, not full on crying but still crying. To tell the truth, it was worse than when my Gradma died.
Mr. No shoes
i feel sorry for dogs overall, and the way that they can take far too much abuse - as if humans don't fear dogs. GUARD dogs are different. they're probably poked to insanityh and then released with target-vision implants or something. i can imagine it now...
NOTE: text in ='text'= means the internal brain-computer is talking neuropathically to the dog....

Hope he does bite that kid on the ass.
However, if the dog does attack back one day, the sad fact is that there would be a 'vicious dog mauls innocent little boy' type news story and the dog would be put to sleep.
The worst thing is that animal abusers often go on to physically abuse other human beings as they grow up :-(
